We ship all orders from Brisbane, Australia. While we aim to ship all orders within 1 business day, delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or international postal carriers.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns

We stand behind the quality of every note we sell:

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us within 30 days and we will provide a full refund or replacement. No return is required for damaged items.
• Change of Mind: We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original, unopened condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
